Whitewater Lions Club

Category #3 - Board of Directors

  1. The Board of Directors shall act in the best interest of the Whitewater Lions and be governed by the constitution and by-laws with particular interest to Article VI, of the Whitewater Lions Club.

  2. The Board can authorize expenditures up to $200 without membership approval.

  3. Any club member, Board member, or officer may request the Lion President to call a meeting of the Board. Club members are encouraged to attend Board meetings, however only Board members have voting privileges.

Provisional February 21, 2006             This Policy Manual was approved and accepted by the membership at a regular club meeting as of May 23, 2006
